We advise you not to do this. The plastic weakens and the liquid tends to flow. The heat from the microwave oven can damage the heating bag.

2- How long does the heating bag retain its heat?

Heat retention depends on two factors:

   1. The size of the heating bag (the more liquid the bag contains, the more durable the heat is)

   2. The ambient temperature.

3- What happens when the heating bag has a leak?

The liquid inside the bag is not toxic. If the heating bag loses its liquid, it is no longer reusable. If the contents get into your eyes, it is important to rinse them well with water and seek immediate medical attention.

4- When can we store the heating bag?

You can store the heating bag in its liquid form or when it is hard. However, if you intend to store it for a long time, it is best if the contents of the bag are liquid.

5- Are the contents of the heating bag dangerous?

The contents of the heating bag are not toxic.

6- What is the composition of the liquid?

A mixture of water and sodium acetate.

7- How many times can we flex the metal pellet?

Minimally 300 times! If you take good care of it, it will last you for years.

8- Can we use it to keep cold?

Yes, you can put it in the fridge with no problem. The liquid will retain its freshness as well as its liquid form. However, we do not recommend putting it in the freezer.

9- After boiling the heating bag, it becomes hard again. How do we reuse it?

It is important to boil the bag until the crystals are completely dissolved. The contents of the bag should be completely translucent before removing it from the cauldron.

10- Can I put the heating bag under hot tap water to melt the crystals?

No. It is absolutely necessary to boil it in a cauldron, taking care to place it on a daisy or a cloth.

11- Is The Incredible Bag guaranteed?

The Incroyabe bag has a 1 year warranty against any manufacturing defect. If you forgot to put a daisy or a cloth in the bottom of your cauldron, the warranty does not apply.
